Hi Jess I like you graph it is very neat My one is a bite messy because I drew it come have a look here https://kumarastevensonj.blogspot.com/ Keep up the good work From Jess
My name is Rachel and I am working on the Summer Learning Journey (SLJ) programme this year. I can see that you have been really active over the past few weeks completing many of our SLJ activities. That is wonderful!
Like you, I have been working on the SLJ today although my job is to post comments rather than to complete activities. I love my job because I have the chance to learn a lot by reading through the activities and the comments posted by other students and staff. It looks Jess Stevenson is a regular commenter on your blog. That is really cool. Do you both know each other outside of school?
I can see that Jess suggested that we check out her graph. I'll be sure to do that but, for now, I would really like to comment on the great job that you have done with yours. I can easily read the names of the cities and can see what the hottest average temperature was in each city last year. Are you able to add titles to your axes that will help us to understand the graph even more? It would be awesome if you could add the words' Temperature in Degrees Celsius' to the Y axis and the words 'City Name' on the X axis. These would really complete the graph nicely.
I must admit that it is quite warm here in Auckland today but, after looking at your graph for the past 10 minutes, I am feeling pretty lucky that it isn't 71 degrees here today! Can you imagine what that would be like? I think that I would (literally) melt!
Keep up the great work, Jess.
I'll pop back soon to see if you have been able to update your graph with the titles for your axes.
Kia Ora Rachel, I do know Jess Stevenson even if we don't go to the same school. Thanks for the feedback for my post. It would be horrible if it was 71 degrees! I would definitely melt as well!! I will go edit my post now. Thanks for the awesome feedback, it is a great idea!
